CPA Player of the Year Points
Player of the Year Tournament Concept
	This concept awards consistent "good play".  It does not award the guy `that shows up once every 5-6 weeks and wins a game.  This awards the players that are consistently at the final table.  It also awards points for everyone every time the show up and play.  Part of a club is participation, and giving points for being part of the game awards participation.
	Players earn points as detailed below.
	The top 18 players at the end of the season will play in the POY Tournament
	$1.00 per entry per event ($2.00 for games over $100) is added to the POY prize pool.
	In addition to standard payouts, the winner receives a special award.
	If the final players elect to split the prize pool, all players will receive the point amount awarded to the last place envolved in the split. (If two players chop and 2nd place was going to receive 120 points, both 1st and 2nd place would receive 120 points, the additional points for 1st place will not be awarded.
	Only main scheduled tournaments qualify for points.  Some special events may not award points
